Hello, I'm Racine.

I grew up in the Yarra Valley in Australia – a place full of vastness, natural beauty, and creative energy. Art has always been a part of my life.

At 11, I received a scholarship to a Waldorf school thanks to my drawings, and by 12 I had already won my first art competition. I was fortunate enough to receive private art lessons from an early age – but my greatest inspiration was my grandmother, who painted Australian landscapes in oils. Watching her paint ignited something in me that has stayed with me to this day.

Today I live in Dresden, Germany, with my husband and our three children. Our everyday life is vibrant, full of hustle and bustle and joy – and creativity remains an important anchor for me. I started with oil painting, but over the years I've experimented with many different techniques and materials. Recently, I've discovered jewelry making – especially hand-painted earrings woven with glass beads, where I can combine color, texture, and little stories in a completely new way.

 

Everything I do is inspired by nature, by encounters, and by the joy of working with my hands.
