Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

 

We will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

 

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

 

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
