I ship my products within Germany and, if necessary, to other European countries. All items are carefully packaged and shipped via a reliable shipping service.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Germany are €3.90 or free for orders over €80.

For orders placed through Etsy, the shipping costs listed there apply.

Shipping time

Processing time is usually 2-5 business days.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Please note:

All products—especially earrings—are handmade. Minor variations in color or shape compared to product photos are possible.

Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled by a reliable provider (e.g., DHL, Deutsche Post, or Hermes). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, I will also send you a tracking number.

Delivery abroad

Upon request, I also ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination, starting at approximately €18. Please contact me in advance by email: racine.creations@yahoom

Important instructions

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. I cannot accept liability for undeliverable shipments returned due to incorrect addresses.

In the event of a cancellation, the buyer shall bear the return costs.
