Wooden earrings

These wooden earrings are handmade by me, with the help of my husband.

The branches come from dead apple, pear, or cherry trees in Dresden gardens, which my husband cuts to size with a chainsaw.

Then we cut the branches into small slices and sand them into the desired shape.

Using a wood-burning tool, I carve designs into the wood by hand. Afterward, each piece is treated with poppy or linseed oil to protect the wood and enhance its natural beauty.

From these lovingly crafted wooden elements, I then create unique earrings.
